The interview process was very straight forward and informative of what the company's expectations are for the role and what kind of candidates they are pursing. Overall, I had two interviews with both being very conversational. Some interviews can come off like an interrogation but both interviews at HC were natural and felt like a genuine professional conversation. I was also given an assessment which was not extremely difficult but I would recommend taking your time.
