Entrevista
Received a phone call about a week after submitting my resume via email. Had a brief 10-15 minute interview by phone and took an IQ/Intelligence assessment online. The next phase was an in-person interview at one of the branches followed by another intelligence test. I was then given some take home personality and skills tests. I was later contacted to come to the corporate office for an interview with the program coordinator. I also had a verbal evaluation with the company psychologist as well as a couple of more interviews with upper management. I received my offer by phone. The entire process from sending out my resume to receiving my offer was about 7 weeks.

I was asked a variety of behavioral interview questions about strengths/weaknesses, leadership experience, and decision making abilities. They also inquired about my interest in the company and industry as well as my future ambitions.

Entrevista
Several interviews trying to gauge personality and see if you are fit to run your own business. On campus interview, in person tour, call with company psychologist, and interview with regional manager.
The initial interview was good. It was a get to know you type of conversation. Next steps were explained. You will not go further until you complete the assessments. The assessments were pretty low quality, and there was plenty of questions to be raised regarding the data given. I personally never heard back after the assessment.

It's a long process with several interviews with different people in different parts of the company. A recruiter will help you throughout the process and answer any questions you have.
