Entrevista
Had lunch meeting with the hiring manager. Then had a formal in person interview. Just general interview questions. The hiring manager seemed like an awesome guy, and I could really appreciate the plans he had for the business. Had a tour of the warehouse. They had a lot more inventory than I expected them to have. The last portion of the in person interview was to take a personality/behavior assessment.

Entrevista
Several interviews trying to gauge personality and see if you are fit to run your own business. On campus interview, in person tour, call with company psychologist, and interview with regional manager.
The initial interview was good. It was a get to know you type of conversation. Next steps were explained. You will not go further until you complete the assessments. The assessments were pretty low quality, and there was plenty of questions to be raised regarding the data given. I personally never heard back after the assessment.

It's a long process with several interviews with different people in different parts of the company. A recruiter will help you throughout the process and answer any questions you have.
