These skills and credentials are plentiful in the market, so there is no reasonable explanation as to why this job has gone unfilled for such a long duration other than the company is not looking to fill it. It is actually not uncommon for companies to post ads and conduct interviews for fake jobs in order to gather information about topics such as the going salary for a certain job on the labor market or other labor related issues.
