I Have worked in HCL Technologies and have attended many interviews throughout my career and i have never seen such a chillar(cheap, low class) company.I am adding my interview experience here, so that it would help someone in future. I got a call from HR asking me whether iam i interested in the role they are offering, and i asked her what is the technology and she said system administrator, then i told her that system administration is too generic term and i have experience in linux and AIX and AWS administration and then she confirmed me the role is for linux admin. When i entered the office i was asked to go to operations managers room, that fellow looked at my resume for while and asked me "how many years of experience in windows", i told him i dont have experience in windows and i have experience in linux then he asked me to leave from the room saying that it was a mistake of HR, i told him i came from such a long distance and this effort wouldn't have wasted if someone had gone through my profile prior calling for interview(i am not altering even a single word), then the manager told me "you should change your attitude", that really pissed me off as he is rude to me despite me being polite. When i asked then HR about this she was speechless, and when iam trying to explain the entire conversation that fellow called a security guard and asked me to leave or i will be thrown out by force... I would never ever wish to go that place again, they didn't even have the courtesy to listen to the suffering. After reading all of this if someones thinks that iam making up things, all the very best for your future(but trust me it will be a nightmare to work in an organization like that!)

Interview will consist 3 rounds. 1. Written Test 2. Face to Face Technical 3. HR round Depends on the candidates rounds may increase. If you are having good Technical knowledge, then it will be easy to crack the interview.
