I apply through LinkedIn and immediately after I noticed a LinkedIn post (by one of the company Manager) sponsoring tha same job position and inviting people to directly contact said Manager to be a candidate. I followed the instruction and promote my profile with a LinkedIn message to that Manager. Not only they never gave me an answer (and left me on read as if LinkedIn was a love search app) but they sent me a candidate experience survey after disqualifying me (at least they did that part). Now, how can I answer a candidate survey if no one ever spole to me? How can I evaluate my time with a recruiter I’ve never met? You ask your future employers (named candidates) to CARE to be part of this company, and then this is your behavior? Having common decency and aswering people should be the baseline.
