Initial communication was with their recruiter. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She set up the phone interview with five associates from th company. They askes some very tough questions, but also made a few jokes which helped put me at ease. The interview was about 35 -40 minutes, but I honestly didn't even notice. After the interview, the recruiter contacted me to ask how I felt the interview went and then stated that they wanted to set up an in person interview. Two days after my phone interview I met with a few employees in person. It was a very good panel interview, a few more tough questions from the BA and Scrum Master, but I felt that it went well. Suggest that you definitely do your home work on the different ceremonies and how you perform them. If given the project information, get informed about them.
