Had an initial 15 minute chat with the EA, then about 45 minute interview with the Operations Manager. Both were friendly and professional. There would've been a third interview, but I wasn't selected to move forward to the third round. Overall good experience
Met with them, they seemed a bit disorganized. They never followed up despite my follow ups. Interview experience is part of a brand experience and they affected my brand experience.

There were both virtual and in person interviews. After 3 rounds of interviews and several follow up emails, the company never sent an update regarding the role. Although I can understand they are a smaller company and very busy, it was extremely unprofessional to go silent after several interviews. Bummer because this company seems cool to work for!
