Really relaxed interview through Microsoft teams with the water resources team leader. Most of the interview was spent with him telling me about the company and seeing if the job was a good fit for what I was looking for.

Entrevista
I really did appreciated their interview process. They were very accommodating when there was a miscommunication regarding the interview location, which made me feel supported and valued as a candidate.
Pretty easy interview. Interview panel was engaging and open to making me feel at ease, answering any questions. An introduction to key people in the practice areas were a bonus that you usually don't get to see until the 2nd or 3rd interview round or when an offer is made.

Entrevista
Interviewer was friendly enough, but it didn't really feel like an interview. Felt more like the interviewer gave me their life's story and barely asked me any questions, which was dissapointing.
