Got a phone call asking if I still wanted the job, called me back the next day for an interview over the phone, waited another day and offered me the job. I accepted and they moved me across the country all expenses paid.

The interview was done over the phone. With these jobs typically being in locations that are far from most cities and towns, doing the interview over the phone seems to be their choice. I believe their probation period (90 days) is the real interview process.
