2 days. Site visit, lab tour, yard and equipment tour. Starting at 5 am took interview group through jobsites, bulk plant, and various other places describing how things work the entire time. Listen to what is said, think of good questions, and be prepared to be asked about anything.

HR scheduled a Teams interview with my manager. It took about 30 mins and I got a verbal offer after about 2 weeks. After that, I did a few rounds of medical check-ups, which took a few weeks. Then got a contract after that was passed.

1st round was basic resume questions and more info about the job. 2nd round was behavioral questions and lasted about an hour. It's a really easy interview if you practice.
