Applied with a referral. recruiter called me and asked me a few questions nothing hard or overwhelming. Since i knew someone inside working who was referring me it was much easier to get in. Face to face and asked me general questions. Gave me a offer a few days later.
It was pretty straight forward. They asked me about the companies history, why i was a strong fit and what i would do to help hal exceed. I was in a panel interview and met with my immediate boss, HR, and the Director

How my past experience would help them achieve their goals
normal process, cv submission on company website, interview schedule call, interview with department manager and supervisor, phoning interview with hr. Once we crack the interview with manager the job is almost with you. Finally hr will send you the offer letter. We have to sign and resent it to hr and have to submit all the educational certificates.
