Two Part interview. First stage was easy with simple questions from a current Technical Professional. 2nd interview was at one of their locations where they showed us the equipment and the hiring managers interviewed us

How do you feel about sleeping in a truck or staying at an oil rig over night?
Simple and straightforward. Two stages. Written technical stage and a second round of behavioural testing with panelists. For the technical part, be prepared to answer questions on physics, doesn’t matter what your major was. And the behavioural part consist of scenario based questions which you should approach using the STAR method

2 stage interview process. Firstly with HR and country manager and then second stage with country and location manager. General questioning to university degree and interest in working styles and personality.

On campus interview, went in and lasted about 45 minutes. Very easy. They just asked me questions about my resume and how willing I was to travel. Then they said they would contact me about the next steps in the hiring process.
