I attended an open house prescreening process through Workforce1. I was then scheduled to attend an interview set up for the following week. When you arrive they take you into large groups to complete a 45 minute 50 question written test. They grade the test as soon as you're finish only those who pass are moved onto the actually face to face interview portion. They began doing one on one interviews and as more people finished the test they took groups of about 4-5. Everyone got a chance to answer the same questions. We were given an approximate contact time of 1-2weeks if you will be moving forward or not. It was an overall good experience I'm still waiting for a call back.
