The interview process was super easy. Filled out applications and was contacted the next day. i went in for an interview which was very casual like a conversation and was hired right on the spot.

Entrevista
manager just asked simple questions, wants to know what experience you have, what do you do outside of work, how do you handle customer complaints and how to greet customers. asks what would you do if a situation were to come up.
Interview process is usually pretty chill. Just understand that Hallmark is a company that values their customers and making caring connections with them, and you'll do pretty good. Also helps if you have a bit of product knowledge and dress appropriately (business casual, no open toe shoes)

Why I was waiting for manager. I was looking around. As soon as a customer came in they were not Greeted. The Associate was like what are you here for. Most of the people were elderly came in there.
