The interview process flowed very well. The HR person responded to my submitted resume and conducted a phone screen. She then scheduled me for the next two rounds of interviews. At ever step in the process the communication and feedback was clear and respectful. I made it to the final round of interviews, but they selected a candidate with a more technical background. I appreciated the feedback instead of just a "no thanks, we went with another candidate".
