The interview process was quite different, where it started with an HR round. Process started from better understanding of an individual, then moved to technical part. Based on the job role the number of interviews may change - I faced more than five interview rounds. The interview was very professional, lively and candid. Interview panel was very informed and supportive.

Entrevista
Interview for me took place in three different rounds, of which two were HR rounds and one was a technical round. Out of the three rounds, one was conducted offline and two were online. The interview was not very complicated; it started with “Tell me about yourself,” followed by questions about my educational background and work experience. The technical round was mainly based on the job description.

The interview included a question where I was asked to describe myself in five words and provide examples for each. There were also situation-based questions to understand how I would handle different workplace scenarios.
45 min round 1 interview with the current catalyst employee. 2 way conversation. a lot of behaviour questions. chance to ask questions to them about company and program at the end.
