Very progressive. I was interviewed while going through various stages of lockdown and so the process was entirely virtual. The number of stages were reduced as I agreed to recording the interviews and that meant other stakeholders could review the recordings. Interviews started on time and the purpose was made clear to me in advance so I could prepare appropriately. Everyone I met during the interview seemed genuinely nice and engaged with what they were doing.
