Entrevista
A recruitment agency called me for this company and the process get started. They called for F2F interview. In the first round, they asked to develop an automation framework and automate a scenario that too in the span of 2 hours. Every now and then they used to ask if the task is completed. I developed the framework and showed it to them. They were very impressed with the framework and asked me to send it to them. Then in the second round they asked some programming questions and asked to explain the flow of the program.
It went well then the HR came and said they will update me later that they never did. Even if it was negative for them(which cannot be the case as they were very impressed with the framework), they should have informed. It was like they never wanted to hire someone, they just wanted to have the sample frameworks developed by all the candidates they call and never hire.

Worst Interview. Dont go if you care about your time. They are not taking interview instead they are trying to learn about framework development. They called me and asked to develop the framework in 2 hours. I started and did it in little extra time. While developing One guy with a girl were coming again and again for asking about progress. Once done they asked to run it on device. After that they asked the flow. After that one java question. I am sure that the interview himself does not know about framework and he is still learning. He had given me his lap top in which all the tabs were open where he was trying to learn basics. They dont want to hire so even if you are good they will not hire you. They will just try to learn from the framework you have developed in two hours.
Suggestions: Hire a freelancer who will develop framework for you. Dont waste candidates time. Get a life
