An extensive interview process that takes up to six steps: phone screen, team lead interview, technical assessment, discussion of your technical assessment and a brain teaser type question, culture interview, and then a call with the CEO.
The technical assessment for this role involved building on an existing React frontend and building your own backend, it takes about 4 hours.
I didn't receive an offer as they didn't feel I was willing to work longer hours and really commit myself to the company's mission, so if this doesn't sound like you then Halter probably isn't a good fit.
