The hiring/interview process occurs in several steps. First there is the initial application. Next there is a knowledge test as well as a technical skills test. There is also a physical agility test. The interview is a panel interview consisting of shift supervisors and upper management. It is a round robin style interview with each interviewer asking 1-2 quesitons.
