Telephone interview initially with HR Manager then 1st face to face interview with HR and Ops Director. 2nd interview panel with MD, HR and Ops Director. Presentation to board and Q&A Session.

The Interview process was a telephone interview to begin with, then a face to face, then a presentation. The Operations Director and the General Manager held the interview and a mix of general along with competency based questions were asked. I was made to feel relaxed.
