The interview consisted of five questions, including a scenario where you had to chose between two incidents to attend, and which one you would respond to first when they are both the same distance. I didn't get a chance to show my character, express who I am, why I wanted to join and what my background is, which definitely hindered my answers to the questions as I couldn't provide any real sort of context. My interviewers were very rude and as I was the last interview of the day I could tell they just wanted to go home. When giving my answer for the scenario I was questioned intensely on my answer, and I had to justify why I would chose scenario A over B, of course you wouldn't really know the best way to deal with either scenario until you have been properly trained, so there is no real answer to this question, either way I definitely felt like I was treated like an idiot for my responses. I was told that same evening that I was unsuccessful, and have asked for feedback 4 times since as I'm not at all sure where I wen't wrong.
There was also a basic verbal reasoning test which you have 15 minutes to complete, consisting of about 30 questions, if I remember correctly.
My best advice is to prepare as much as you possibly can for the questions which are based around their core principles, which will be sent to you in the same email that offers you an interview. Look very carefully for these as they are definitely important in the interview and will help you shape your answers a lot better.
