Very straightforward, they give you all the resources you need to know so make sure you brush up on them a lot. All staff are lovely and are very easy to talk to.

There was a paper sift, then a telephone screen before being invited to an assessment day. This consisted of competency based questions and group activities. This was 12 years ago but I believe much of the structure is still the same.

Entrevista
Good interview, competency based. Scenario questions too. Last normally around 45 minutes and you are sent the questions normally around an hour before hand depending on role. Interviews can be via MS Teams or in person.
