Interview and follow up interview set up via email by City Manager staff. First interview with HR and City Manager, 2nd with key coworker. The interviews were easy and very conversational, and seemed to go well. For the second interview I was not told I was being screened by other staff, or that this person had a role in hiring decisions. I was also never asked to fill out an employment application, salary requirements, and had no follow up after the second interview. No letter or email declining me as a candidate, no communication whatsoever.
