My interview process was simple as I met one of the managers before applying. Most of the technicans are hired from knowing someone. The 1st Sent resume, then did a phone interview. Then did unpaid ride alongs with current technicians as the office performed the background check. Had to setup an LLc, and get a business license, workmans comp and general liablility Insurance.

Returned call in a very timely manner, did phone interview with manager. Very friendly, down to earth guy. Very informative and helpful to assist me in my requirements for the job
