When I was interviewed, the process itself was grand. I was given a phone interview first, which was followed up by a face to face interview with the department head. During this time, I was given brief details as to what they were trying to build with a new department and location. However the HR rep that was recruiting for this position was not very well educated on it, and there were several perks that were offered that were actually not given upon being hired.
