Unprofessional and strange. The whole thing seemed sketchy and the video interview was just weird, I knew during the interview I didn’t want to work there anymore and didn’t pursue further there.

Phone call and then in person interview. The phone call was scheduled for 4:00 pm and they called me at 10:00 am instead without notice. I showed up to the interview 10 minutes early and saw them walk in like 5 minutes past the scheduled interview time and then proceeded to take an additional 25 minutes to set up before calling me into their office. When I asked about foot traffic or anything about the amount of clientele they were evasive. If you aren’t actively doing a facial, you don’t get paid. An employee showed me her schedule and it was pretty much empty except for a weekend where she had two appointments (40$). The person interviewing me was badmouthing the employees as well. After an hour of talking and expressing my concerns and getting indirectly insulted for my amount of experience, I did a practical facial. They took their pants off for the facial. Why, I have zero idea but was very weird.

We have to reschedule my interview to another day, because of the who has been taken in person interview got ill. But I hope that everything will be okay for me.
