Easy and smooth interview process. First part was an on the phone interview with a corporate recruiter. Second interview was at the spa which included basic interview questions and performing a massage on the spa manager. Took about an hour half to two hours total time for the second interview.

We allotted 15-30 minutes to speak on the phone about their location and goals versus my experience and goals to see if it was a good fit. It was super easy. Lots of information exchanged in a short period of time like any interview, so have a pen and paper.

Entrevista
Received a call almost 30 mins after the scheduled call time. When rep went over compensation was told the range was $20-24 per hour. I pointed out that the job posting on indeed stated that part time starts at $36/hr. She said that that was before tips and enhancements. I pointed out that the posting very clearly stated that was the rate before tips and enhancement. Rep then swiftly (and kind of rudely) ended the interview. I checked the ad again and I was definitely right about the base rate in the ad.
