Phone Interview, would've been 4 parts confirmed by the Recruiter.
The interview was solid, after the interview, I asked for feedback and was told that they wanted me to be goaled on 100% retention but that's not what my KPI's were at my previous company, it was 90% (Indeed). I completely understand if that disqualifies from a role but I do find it a bit nitpicking. (Overall no harm, learn an move on)
What completely thrown me off about the entire process is the recruiter told me she'd get back to me in 24 hours. It's been week 3 and I still haven't heard back from her. I sent 2 emails, 72 hours after the first interview and 7 days after the first interview. There was no out of office, no response for the delay, completely ghosted.
Trust, I understand how much recruiters & talent acquisition have on their plates in the current hiring climate. Then take into consideration personal life, it's the fair thing to do. I worked at Indeed for 6 years, I understand the hiring process. If they're trying to build a pipeline of candidates, that's ok, but it's not happening in 2024, different hiring climate.
BUT At the end of the day, everyone has a job to do. In 2024 job seekers aren't having an easy time, the least anyone can do is to an email, it goes back to the simple things which aren't being done anymore.
