I was very impressed by Hanover's hiring and interview process. Hanover is a wonderful company with employees who truly care about research and hiring the right people for the role. However, keep in mind that it is VERY time-consuming (resume/cover letter, personality/IQ test, phone interview, mock research report, final in-person interview) - so only go through with it if you are very interested in Hanover!

Had to complete a phone interview followed by a test and then a virtual interview with hiring managers. The phone interview was around 20 minutes and the virtual interview was 45 minutes.

The first interview was a phone screening with a recruiter. Super fun conversation and chill process. But for students who want to look for jobs starting at summer, they can’t hold a position for too long if you apply on October or so.

Entrevista
First interview was a phone call followed with a Zoom interview with 2 department managers. There was also a short test that was required to complete to assess compatibility for the position.
They sent the offer letter 2 days post interview.
