I went through three steps in the interview process for Hanover - first a call with a recruiter, then an assignment, and finally two 45-minute one-on-one interviews with the hiring manager and an internal client. The whole process was very human-centered and the recruiter did a fantastic job leading me through the process and finally delivering the news that my experience/skills weren't exactly what they were looking for. However, they suggested I speak with their recruiter colleague about another opportunity that might be a good fit. Unfortunately, the next experience I had with the different recruiter didn't go so well. At first they were very responsive. However, after we spoke on the phone they never did send me the next step, the assignment, despite a couple of email exchanges about it. And since then there's been no communication whatsoever positive or negative about my candidacy.
