relatively non descript, common interview questions, plus review of previous employment- met with the then General Sales Manager, Customer Service Manager and one sales manager. It was a two step interview process however when i got called in for a "second interview" they offered me the job. I sent a thank you note immediately following my interview to the managers i met during the original interview.
