Friendly, but not very professional. Strong reservations against 40+ and no development possible anymore. Very age-focused. Male dominated company, no women desired in the upper management level. Any enthusiasm is nipped in the bud by cold atmosphere.

The interview seemed to be a form-filling exercise. HR as well as the hiring Manager were not ready to listen the answers. Presentations and future prospects were shared and all the communication were documented.
