I recently went through an extensive interview process with Happay, which included five rounds of interviews—three technical rounds, one technical-managerial round, one with the CEO, and an assignment. While I appreciated the opportunity to engage with the team and learn about the company, I was informed by HR at the final stage that they would not be proceeding with my candidacy.
Though the process was thorough and informative, receiving this decision after such a long and in-depth assessment was disappointing. More clarity or feedback earlier in the process would have been helpful in understanding the expectations and aligning accordingly. I hope this feedback can help improve the candidate experience for others.
Its very bad professional behaviour. Not recommend anyone to join.
