The HR itself is unaware of how much techs they need and when they need.
HR people behave unprofessionally.

First They told me i am selected,
Share documents and next day call comes that , we are offering low package, much below i am currently getting

Entrevista
Shared my resume through a job portal, got a call from Hr, she did a screening round over the call.
She called me at their udhyog vihar office for f2f with manager of concern team
Next day i was there for f2f round , the office was quite far from my place
The building seemsto be underconstruction as i could see driling and fiting work at reception.
Met the senoir HR.. for 1st round .. she took my introduction and did a background check of my work experience and told me that my profile matches with their requirement and asked me to wait for 20 mins as the person who will take next round is busy.
I was waiting outside then suddenly Hr came and told me that i can leave for the day , i was shocked and asked why .. so she kept quite for a while but when i asked her repeatedly she told me that i have an ex collegue of my (name not shared to me) works with them who has given a negative feedback about me and since that ex collegue is a bunny of top management here , she could not take risk of hiring me
I was disappointed and left their place
Some points which botherd me was:-
1.How can they bluntly belive someone giving feedback of a candidate.
2. Why i was not given a proper chance to be interviewed , when my profile was a exact match.
3 .if they only belive in spreaded rumour why do they call people for interview.
4. I traveled a long distance for this opportunity but humiliated for no proper reason
Suggest management to hire professional and trained Hr (recruiters).
