Applied online and got a phone call, so walk into the store for the interview. The interview process was casual and i was asled general questions such as your visa status, customer service experience, etc.

Interview is fairly easy, which took one week. First round is phone interview from HR in head office. Next day, HR sent my an email about second round. Second interview was with store manager, quite simple and easy as well.
