The interview process was easy, filled out application and met with a manager for interview about a week later. Very quick and laid back interview. However I was called in twice to "start working" and was sent home both times due to errors with their system for new employees and logging in/filling out forms. Also was told I would be working "occasional overnights" and was scheduled almost strictly overnights my first week.

in person behavioral questions pertaining to conflict resolution and previous experiences. go over availability and expectations from you. easy process if you just be yourself and show youre dependable. pay is good.
