When you put in your application, you get a email to your email and then you have to follow the steps provided and then wait for a call or for someone to reach out to you.

The application is done online on their website. Once Done you get an email/phone call. You're asked to come in for an interview. You show up you go into the office for the interview with the manager. The manager then asks you to tell him/her about yourself. He/she then tells you why you should want to work at Harbor Freight Tools, they then ask you to tell them why you think they should hire you. You talk with each other building some rapport. Then Interview ends. After a few days maybe even weeks you get an e-mail, and corporate calls you to tell you they've emailed you a hire confirmation once you've done that the manager calls you to come in to fill out some paper work (mostly on the computer) and to work out a schedule for your first couple of days.
