Met with the Head of Finance over Teams. She's personable but showed signs of over-swamped with work. The interview also had the person above scheduled, but he couldn't make it. I didn't get a second interview, but it was more about mutual fit. Questions were fair and more getting into personality-fit and specific job experience they needed.
