A very professional process. I started on campus with a two person interview, then was brought in for three interviews (1:1, group). They really dug deep to get to know me, but were also very open about the firm I would be joining and the challenges/opportunities I would find. Each of the interviews had a specific role (which was made clear later) - focusing on technical knowledge, work ethic and long-term goals, and social/cultural fit.
