2 day interview, first day group activities and one on one. Second day training. Second day seemed a bit of a waste, was only 2 hours when it was meant to be a whole day event. I feel like this could of all been done in 1 day and felt like people who travelled and needed to book a hotel wasted a lot of money. Seemed a bit unprofessional.
