I had two interviews with the recruitment team. In the first interview, one of the opening questions was whether I had any constraints that might prevent me from working full time, and the same question came up again in the second interview. While the question was asked in a general manner, its repetition made me wonder whether it is asked consistently of all candidates. As a woman, this raised some discomfort for me. I would have appreciated a stronger focus on the role requirements and professional qualifications, especially in the early stages of the process.

Entrevista
The process started with a webcam screening and then I was invited for an in person interview. Unfortunately the interview experience was one of the weakest I have had. The interviewer did not greet me properly did not make eye contact and did not shake my hand. During the meeting he was clearly stressed because another manager was supposed to join and did not arrive. He explained that he could not make a decision without that person and ended the interview early saying I would be called back when the other manager was available.
There was also confusion at the start of the interview. When I arrived on time the interviewer seemed surprised to see me and appeared to have forgotten about the meeting. The interview itself lasted about twenty minutes and felt unstructured. The opening question was simply to talk freely before any questions were asked which felt unusual and unprofessional.
Overall the atmosphere was very stressful and uncomfortable. The lack of basic courtesy and organization left a negative impression. Even without the outcome it became clear to me that this was not a work environment I would feel comfortable in.
