I was selected though a pre-screening of Resumes at out career fair.I received an email requesting an interview the very next day.I interviewed with a panel of two people.It was a technical and behavioral interview which lasted over an hour.They asked me about my internship experiences,and my ongoing research at college.

It was a two-session interview process. The first interview was on the phone. They called and ask a bunch of behavior type questions similar to the STAR system. After the phone interview, about 1- 2 weeks later they emailed about me doing a skype interview. Initially, they wanted me to come to the site but school was closing so I couldn't make the trip. The interview was about an hour long. The first half of the interview consisted of a bunch of technical questions about supply chain and how the process worked, they asked about scenarios and things you would do in a given situation as supply chain manager. (alot of technical question). The second half of the interview was focused on your ability and performance. Basically your clubs, things you have done in school and out of school, leadership, community service etc. After the interview, they called saying that they have an offer for me.
