Met with team members of the creative and marketing team individually for 30mins at a time including the creative director. I connected with everyone except for the newest team member who happened to be hired for a senior position in sales. I was contacted by HR and told I would not be hired for the position a couple hours later. That next weekend I was contacted by the company again and told that after a close decision between another candidate and myself but I would not be hired for the position. It's possible that there may be a bit of a disconnect amongst the senior staff regarding decision making process for new hires.
