There were technically 3 rounds of interviews, I firstly had a call with the recruitment person and then a Teams call with the Project Manager (lovely) and then an in person short interview with the director. The recruitment person kept emphasising that only a certain number of people could handle working here which was a bit of a red flag. The project manager was lovely and asked appropriate questions, however the director only really asked questions about why I wanted to work for the company and why now. He was also 10 minutes late to this interview. The director advised I should hear something back over the next couple of days so I followed up with an email to the recruitment person after 2 days and still over a week later, I’ve heard absolutely nothing at all.
