First interview was with an HR representative and Head of IT. It was an informal step through my CV and getting more info about the role and company. Second interview was with the Head of IT and a software developer. This went into more depth around my skills and experience and I asked a lot of questions. Both interviews were remote over Microsoft Teams. Overall a positive experience; both parties came to the conclusion that this role wasn't the best fit for me at this time.
