Then interview process started with a brief phone call to schedule a date to meet in person. The in-person interview started with HR and then moved along to Barb (she's wonderful) There, we discussed my interest in book publishing, my strengths and weaknesses and what I hoped to get out of the internship and taking a look at my portfolio. Overall was a very pleasant experience (I was hired and heard back fairly quickly)

Pretty simple and smooth process which I appreciated. Had a call with recruiter/hr coordinator then scheduled call with hiring manager the following day. standard behavioral interview questions and specific things about my resume. received the final decision about a week later.

Two 30 minute Zoom interviews with two different upper level members of the team (potential project supervisors). Was asked about work experience and typical interview questions, as well as my ideas about the publishing industry
