Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou mais de 1 semana. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa HarperCollins.

Met with the editor of a boutique imprint for an editorial assistant position. She was extremely gracious and offered advice, and the office seemed well organized and nurturing. I didn't end up getting the job, ultimately as I decided to go to graduate school -- which the editor unselfishly encouraged me to do.

Three rounds total—HR phone screening, hiring manager, multiple managers. Very straight-forward. No editorial test. Asked questions about my internship experience, favorite authors, and ideal working environment. Very stress-free. Full process was pleasant overall
The interview was really friendly and came in two stages. They asked about experience, education and lots of competency based questions. Asked about experience and included a written task to complete ahead of the interview which was then discussed as a question.
hr screening, next round editors, readers report, then another interview. Typical questions — not extremely difficult, but definitely pays off to research the imprint and its list. Complete that readers report asap!
