The company invited me to attend interview with the marketing manager and a HR employee. I thought the interview went really well from my side and I asked questions. They said they will let me know end of the week. So I waited no response until next Tuesday. I got an email from them at that I was unsuccessful candidate, to which I replied back asking for feedback regarding my interview and whether they can offer myself a part time position or they are willing to take me onboard to gain work experience. It has been 10 days since I haven’t heard from, I understand may companies employ these tactics and not wish to provide feedback, however if I am asking and requesting in a kindly manner so I can evaluate myself to be a better candidate for the foreseeable future. I have also requested the company to take me as volunteer position. Here you have an individual wanting to work for the company for free and willing to learn from employees with similar mindset about marketing.
